Food quality has dropped dramatically. The building has become rundown and in need of an renovation! Will not be going back.

Love It!! As you step in the door the smell of BBQ hits you in the face!! Outstanding service and a skilled Pit Master!! I'm going back really soon and I don't even live around here! LOL

NEVER going back to Smokehouse BBQ It’s hard to expect speedy service on a Friday night, but they could’ve at least been nice/respectful to us. We were told our order would take an hour to be ready (understandable, it’s a Friday night) went to pick up the food and it took another hour for them to bring the food out. After being ignored by the server multiple times when we asked how much longer. The server then brought our food and walked away ignoring us when we asked to speak with a manager and then when we called to speak with the manager we were told the manager was unavailable and we would have to speak with whoever answered (a server I’m guessing) that we would have to bring back the food that we just waited two hours total for, in order to get any kind of refund. NEVER going back.

Burnt ends platter, pork, beef, sausage. Meats were dry but good. Beans were great, coleslaw was amazing! BBQ sauce was good. Waitress mixed our orders up but fixed it quick and easily. Great service otherwise.

Loved the pulled pork bbq sandwich. Enough meat for 2 sandwiches really. Fries were good but for the other sandwich we got mac n cheese as the hostess recommended it and I guess it was great good, hard to tell bc it was served in what normally is like a condiments container, so it was only about 3 bites. We ordered carryout and it was really quick, less then 10 minutes and the hostess who took the order was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of the menu

This is great barbecue! We live the cheesy corn! The burnt ends are the perfect mix of fat and meat. We ordered pick up in this crazy time. It was ready on time. The food was wonderful. It was still steaming hot when it got to the house. We are trying to support this great place.

I hadn't been here in 15 years. Am on limited income so this was a treat. Not! $23.76 for very meager portions and hd 2 ask 4 new sauce cup as other one not even half full looked used! Sweet potato fries were excellent. Won't be back !

Went here for the curbside pickup option and was very happy with the results. All if the staff were masked and gloved. It was very organized and efficient. The food was excellent. Got ribs, brisket, coleslaw, beans, and cheddar cauliflower. All of it was perfect.

I ordered a baked potato (it was a day old crumbly) baked beans ( a can of pork and beans) the shortend ( taste like the meat had been boiled and then put a lot of barbecue sauce on them). This was my worst experience. Paid $30 because it was delivered by Doordash. I will never eat here and will not recommend.

I’ve grown up eating at this location and have eaten there over 100 times easily. Food is always fantastic. It’s rare that service is not top notch, which cannot be said if the Zona Rosa location. The Super Crispy is our favorite. Takeout service is very convenient.

bbq pork ribs are AMAZING! forgot the chives for my baked potato...so had to only give 4 stars! Other than that.....the food is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS

This place was soooooo delicious, that the mouth waters thinking about it's food all over again. This is a must, to visit and revisit, time and time again.

I really do enjoy their food and have eaten at more than one location but I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 5 because it never fails that the Gladstone location always messes up the order when we do carryout. The first time, I ordered several items as well as a 1/2 lb of brisket and didn't notice until i got home that i didn't receive it. This time I ordered double sweet potato fries for my 2 sides with my sandwich and got regular but fortunately they did throw in an order at the end so technically I got extra fries but the big bummer is, my daughters burger didnt have the top part of the bun! I mean come on, they had to wrap it and you're telling me they didn't notice it was missing?! You just put the wrapper over lettuce... I dont understand how that was missed.

When I visit my in laws every year I have to come to this spot, the food is so so so good, I look forward to it every time. Great service

Smokehouse is great barbecue. It's very underrated KC BBQ. The fried battered cauliflower appetizer is a family favorite. I love their pork burnt ends! The regular burnt ends are good but the pork burnt ends are unique and so smokey and delicious. A really great choice for people who don't enjoy the fattiness of traditional burnt ends. Also, their beans are amazing since they have tons of chunks of meat in them.

Best BBQ hands down!!!

Disappointing experience today. On a low carb diet an just wanted a plate of meat with no sauce. Was told they couldn't do that. I was forced to order a platter and waste the sides, bread and pickles. Then they brought it all out covered in sauce. By the time they got it right, my family was about done eating. The manager was just dismissive. We will be finding a new place for barbecue.

Place is awesome. For only $40 you can get two drinks, a sandwich, a half slab of ribs and a tablespoon of day old cheesey corn. Go here first, folks.

Many visits to this amazing establishment. Food is great, price is right. They get you in, feed you awesome food, get you out. They never let me down in over 20 years going here.

Stopped in on a whim, sat at the bar and was given great service. Great recommendation for food and varied drink selection made a great meal. Food was fantastic at price point. While busy, very relaxed almost pub feel to the place.

The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The staff is super friendly and remembers their regulars. Drink refills were fast and efficient. I will definitely be returning here.

Terrible service!! Order wasn’t ready when we got there! Waited 30 more mins just to get cold food. We ordered carry out and they didn’t care that they messed up our order. I can’t believe how terrible! I’m disappointed and would take it to a manager’s attention if I thought it would help.

Great BBQ.FYI-if you come to this one and not Zona you do have to pay the Zona Rosa tax.This one is smaller and friendlier.

Love your food but every time we order take out no matter the time they quote us I always have to wait at least another 15min. I think they refuse to make it until you arrive. And tonight one of my sides was wrong and the other was missing all together! The thing I was looking most forward too missing!

We love BBQ and live close so we have their food a lot. I prefer take out from here case it's always so crowded and chaotic. Food is great. Service is always a roll of the dice. I have had amazing wait staff there as well as having a server give us each one drink, take our order and we never saw her again. The food is awesome!

Great babybacks, beans had just the right amount of smoke and sweet. Nice and crispy fries

Ring of fire might just be the best sandwich I've ever tasted!

Not a fan of just putting bbq sauce over everything that was overcooked. The bbq sauce tastes like spaghetti sauce.

The food is great and so is the service!

Our meal was served by a fast, friendly waitress who recommended several delicious entrees and the fried pickles. Yum!
